A Interview With Congressman John Yarmuth

On February 28th, some members of JPAC had the fortunate experience of visiting the Capitol and interviewing a Congressman. The details are below:

We were picked up from school at 11:30 am promptly and we were off to the Cannon office building. We then went to office number 319 to meet Elizabeth to go on a tour of the Capitol. We'll have some pictures up soon. We went underground in a tunnel system to the Capitol. Once we were there, we visited many rooms including the old Supreme Court chamber, the old Senate room, The Rotunda, and the gallery where Congress was actually in session.  We then observed Congress as it was in session. We then backtracked and went back to the Cannon office building.  We waited for a few minutes and then had an interview which you can hear now.  That was our day: exciting, informative and amazing!
